• Bonus funds are subject to expiry windows of 7, 14, or 30 days as specified per promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance without compensation.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC compliance. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon account closure.
